AREA321 Return Policy
Effective: 07/08/2025
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Every AREA321 product is made to order, which means it’s made just for you. Because of this, we don’t offer returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size or color (please double-check your order before checking out)
- You changed your mind
2. Damaged or Deffective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer’s error, we’ve got your back.
Email us at area321apparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- If multiple items are affected, show them all in one photo
You don’t need to send anything back — just show us the issue and we’ll get you a free replacement or refund. No runaround. We’ll handle it with our print partner and make it right.
3. Print Tolerance
Most AREA321 gear is printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology. A 0.5" shift in print placement is within normal tolerances. Slight size or placement variations from the mockup are not considered defects — they’re part of the made-to-order process.
4. Refunds
Refunds go to our store’s Printify account first, then we send it back to your original payment method.
If you paid in a currency other than USD, the refund will go straight back to your original payment source.
5. Delivery Fails
Make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order!
If your package couldn’t be delivered:
- You can request a reprint (extra charge may apply), or
- Choose a partial refund — your call
